Terms of Use

Purpose of Service:
The sessions are designed as a mother's educational guide to provide general knowledge on pediatric health, child development, and parenting guidance.

Not a Telemedicine:
These sessions do not constitute telemedicine or medical consultations. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medications.

Confidentiality:
While we respect your privacy, we do not collect, store, or retain any personal or medical data shared during sessions.

Booking & Payments:
Sessions are available on a per-session basis or as part of a subscription/package plan.
Payment must be made in advance to confirm bookings.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session.

Platform & Technical Issues:
- Sessions are conducted via Zoom.
- Clients must ensure a stable internet connection and access to Zoom.
- We are not responsible for technical disruptions outside of our control.
